Doodle 6: Alexa

While doodling last night I came up with this character--her name comes from the Billy Joel music I was listening to at the time. I came up with the outfit off the top of my head--I had just finished drawing some portraits of Sheeta from Mayuzaki's (???) "Castle in the Sky" and wanted to create my own character. I actually drew this after I drew a profile-ish portrait of her.

I kind of like the outfit--I imagine, if it were colored, it'd be really colorful, especially yellow and orange. Very bright. I've tossed around the idea of getting into fashion design, but I don't know the first thing about fashion--I just like creating stuff.
